What forms of payment do you accept?




How long will it take to get my order?

    1) You place your order using Visa, MasterCard, or Paypal.

    2) We design and email you a preview of your order within 2-3 business days (Please note, we do not work weekends or holidays). If you choose to mail a check or money order, your preview will be sent after payment is received.

    3) You approve the magnets by replying to the email. You are welcome to make any changes to the magnets at this time. If you request another preview to be emailed to you, there is a $1 charge for each additional preview after the initial preview.

    4) After your approval is received, your order will be shipped within 2-4 business days (depending on your order) by Priority Mail (2-4 days shipping time). Express Overnight shipping available.

    Orders needed within 5 business days require the rush order charge in addition to the Express Mail Shipping Charges. Your order will become our priority and your order will ship asap.




Can I get a proof of my order e-mailed to me?

    YES! You have the option to have a preview proof emailed to you. Your first e-mailed preview is FREE. You can make any changes to your order after you receive the first preview. You can make any changes at this time. If you request another preview to be emailed to you, there is a $1 charge for each additional preview after the initial preview.



How much do you charge for shipping?

    Shipping is FREE for orders over $100.00 for USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground shipping within the USA.
    Express Overnight shipping (1-2 days) is available. Shipping to Mexico and Canada may be an additional charge.

    We will ship Global Priority to most Countries (Canada, Mexico, etc...) but cannot guarantee delivery by any certain date.




What kind of magnets and printing do you use?

    We use a 20 mil thick bright white glossy white premium magnet paper and print using a professional large format printer for excellent quality wrappers. The 8 channel print head technology with UltraChrome ink produces superior quality magnets!



Can I choose a different font style, change the font color or use a different graphic?




Can I add a photograph to my magnet?




Can I cancel my order?

    There is a $20.00 design fee for cancelled orders after the preview has been designed and emailed to you for proofing. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing your order without any design fees IF your order has not been designed. Shipping cannot be refunded if your order has already shipped. If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping amount will be deducted from your refund amount.



Can I pick up my order?

    YES! Our office is located at 240 E Rock Way, WA 98584. When you order online, choose "Pick Up Order" as the shipping type. Please allow 1 week for designing, proof, and production. Call 1-800-291-8934 with any questions.



Can I design my own magnet with different graphics or my own idea or layout?

    YES! You can choose any graphics from the web site at no additional charge. We have thousands of additional graphics if you are looking for a specific theme or graphic. The charge for a custom wrapper with graphics not shown on the website is $10.00.
